Los stakeholders externos como agentes en la Transformación Digital de las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES)

Introducción: Las innovaciones tecnológicas están transformando las organizaciones, y la Transformación Digital (TD) se ha vuelto vital para su supervivencia en el contexto post-COVID-19. Las instituciones de educación superior (IES) también enfrentan esta necesidad de cambio. Metodología: Se llevó a cabo un estudio de caso en una IES española, recopilando opiniones de stakeholders externos, incluyendo estudiantes, graduados y empleadores, para identificar factores que facilitan la TD. Resultados: Los resultados indican que la adopción de metodologías ágiles, la mejora continua, la automatización y la gestión del talento digital son esenciales. Además, la colaboración y el compromiso de los stakeholders externos resultan fundamentales para una TD efectiva. Conclusiones: Las IES deben adoptar tecnologías y metodologías proactivas que mejoren la calidad educativa y fortalezcan su capacidad de adaptación al entorno cambiante, asegurando así su relevancia y crecimiento en el futuro.
