Procesos de aseguramiento de la calidad en la educación superior: una revisión sistemática

Introducción: Este estudio realiza una revisión sistemática de literatura para evaluar los procesos de aseguramiento de la calidad en la educación superior. Aborda la identificación, descripción y síntesis de investigaciones clave en el área, buscando establecer un estándar de calidad educativa efectivo y replicable. Metodología: se estructura en cuatro etapas fundamentales: identificación, cribado, elegibilidad e inclusión. Comenzando con la formulación de una pregunta de investigación y la búsqueda en bases de datos prominentes como ERIC y Scopus, se emplearon algoritmos y operadores booleanos para filtrar estudios relevantes. La selección continuó con un cribado riguroso utilizando el software Rayyan - QCRI, seguido de una evaluación detallada de la calidad y relevancia metodológica de los artículos mediante herramientas como STROBE y CASPE. Resultados y Discusión: se resaltan factores críticos como la formación de competencias intelectuales, el liderazgo en la implementación de políticas estudiantiles y la eficaz gestión del tiempo docente. Se enfatizó la importancia de los enfoques informacionales para fortalecer la toma de decisiones y mejorar la gobernabilidad de las instituciones educativas. Conclusiones: El estudio aporta significativamente a la comprensión y mejora de los procesos de aseguramiento de calidad en la educación superior. Proporciona una base sólida para futuras investigaciones y el desarrollo de prácticas educativas innovadoras y efectivas, destacando la necesidad de un enfoque sistemático y bien informado para la gestión de la calidad educativa.
