Desarrollo de municipios agrícolas a través de capacidades dinámicas de innovación en clústeres

Introducción: Este estudio propone un modelo teórico para impulsar el desarrollo de municipios agrícolas ante la creciente despoblación rural en España. La investigación se basa en la formación de clústeres de Pymes y autónomos, junto con el desarrollo de capacidades dinámicas de innovación basado en las caracteriticas diferenciales del municipio para ponerla en valor y atraer nueva población . Metodología: Se realizó una revisión de la literatura sobre buenas prácticas internacionales en desarrollo rural y clústeres agrícolas, identificando marcos teóricos y casos de éxito. Resultados: El modelo se centra en la creación de clústeres especializados en productos agrícolas y servicios de valor en sectores como gastronomia, turismo e industria. Además, los hallazgos confirman que la colaboración bajo el modelo de cuádruple hélice (empresas, municipios, universidades y comunidad) impulsa el desarrollo sostenible, donde la digitalización y el teletrabajo son oportunidades para desarrollo rural. Discusión: Se subraya la importancia de políticas que fomenten la migración de profesionales al medio rural, inversión en servicios basicos y que mejoren la conectividad digital y fortalezcan la participación universitaria en las actividades del clúster. Conclusiones: El modelo propuesto es una estrategia alternativa para revitalizar municipios rurales, diversificar su economía y garantizar su sostenibilidad a largo plazo.
