Ecodiseño y diseño de servicios: un enfoque metodológico para la sostenibilidad ambiental de las industrias culturales y creativas

Introducción: El ecodiseño vinculado a los servicios aún parece poco investigado, a pesar del potencial sostenible que estos ofrecen y su impacto ambiental como factor de valor productivo y económico. Este trabajo asume dicho desafío, situándolo en el ámbito expositivo cultural, considerado como un área de interés emergente. Metodología: Con base en un estudio de caso, se plantea la aplicación de un procedimiento secuencial que integra fases de evaluación y formulación de alternativas, que consideren la mitigación ambiental para la definición del servicio. Resultados: Cada etapa se resolvió mediante instrumentos de representación organizados a partir de la información recopilada, definiéndose recursos gráficos que facilitaron el procesamiento y análisis eficiente de los datos del proyecto. Discusión y Conclusiones: Se constató la efectividad del método para el desarrollo de un servicio digital simplificado, el que pudo adaptarse al contexto y a los participantes en su implementación. Favoreciendo el vínculo con la organización proveedora y propiciando la revisión continua de la misma, consolidándose como una herramienta para mejorar la eficiencia organizacional y la satisfacción del usuario y el cliente.
