Interactividad digital en museos: desarrollo de un guion de evaluación para profesionales del patrimonio cultural

Introducción: La introducción de dispositivos digitales en museos ha enriquecido la experiencia del visitante mediante interacciones más personalizadas y profundas. Aunque disciplinas como la psicología, Human Factors, y Human-Computer Interaction han explorado el uso de estas tecnologías, los profesionales de museos raramente son considerados como usuarios finales. Metodología: El estudio busca optimizar las instalaciones multimedia interactivas en museos de ciencia y tecnología en España, mediante la identificación de atributos clave y el diseño de un guion de evaluación basado en Human Factors and Ergonomics. Posteriormente se aplicará en un estudio de caso en el Museo Domus de A Coruña. Resultados: La instalación evaluada destaca en varias dimensiones ergonómicas pero necesita ajustes en su interfaz para mantener relevancia tecnológica y atractivo a largo plazo. El guion de evaluación facilita análisis rápidos y económicos, probando ser efectivo en la identificación de áreas críticas que requieren mejoras. Discusión: El estudio se centra en la integración de IMI en museos de ciencia y tecnología, limitando su aplicabilidad a otros tipos de museos. Conclusiones: El guion de evaluación se presenta como una herramienta diagnóstica eficiente y accesible, que permite realizar evaluaciones rápidas sin grandes inversiones de tiempo o recursos financieros.
