Introduction: The psychosocial factors at work are characteristics of the organization, which affect the well-being of people, how they adapt to environments, The European Commission has published a report on the European Union’s training policy. Organizations must have protective elements that reduce levels of exposure to psychosocial risk factors. Thus, this study seeks to know the perception that teachers of a higher education institution in Colombia have regarding 5 main factors of the ENPROS1 instrument. Methodology: A random sample of 50 teachers is taken, the data processing was carried out with SPSS from the analysis of main components and regression was applied to the factorial component matrix. Results: Ten main components were found in all four dimensions. Discussion: In the fifth dimension, about teamwork and psychosocial environment was not found variance, since the evaluation of teachers was 5 for more than 90%, Therefore, the principal component analysis is not performed. Conclusions: A relevant conclusion is that the organization seems to experience notable variations in how specific dimensions correlate with different groups, The problem is that teachers have different perceptions about protective factors.
