A look at cultural entrepreneurship

Introduction: This article describes how cultural entrepreneurship refers to the creation, management and valuation of artistic, indigenous, ancestral, heritage, creative expressions, framing complexities and human perspectives for their projection. Methodology: A documentary review that allows schematizing study factors with some authors: Wallerstein, Hofstede, Robbins, others. Results: To understand and promote cultural entrepreneurship, the theories of creative economy, cultural management and social entrepreneurship can be applied in an interdisciplinary manner, as shown in the results comparative table and congruence graph. Discussion: Propose an outline of the entrepreneurial profile from a social theoretical perspective, highlighting skills, strategies, panoramas, goals and characteristics that focus on how this sector differentiates itself in society with relational impact, focusing on the objective of characterizing skill strategies, competencies and challenges of culture. Conclusion: Nuance the focus on the generation of the value chain through creativity and innovation in the cultural field; the planning, organization and management of projects, presenting key aspects such as financing, economics, promotion and evaluation of the impact of society, promoting inclusion, diversity and sustainability in business and social matters.
