This monograph explores the innovations that are redefining entrepreneurship, focusing on entrepreneurship, sustainability, digitalization and labor dynamics. It highlights the role of new generations, such as Millennials and Generation Z, who are driving entrepreneurship with a focus on sustainability and social responsibility, despite challenges in soft skills and resources. Cultural entrepreneurship emerges as a key area, integrating creativity and new technologies, while sustainability becomes a key pillar for companies, especially in SMEs. Digitalization, through the use of big data and business intelligence, is transforming business management, although the digital divide persists. In addition, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the SDGs are highly relevant issues. Finally, the monograph addresses labor transformation, highlighting telework and psychological well-being in virtual environments. It invites reflection on how companies can be agents of change.
