Corporate compliance culture. Challenges for business education processes

Introduction: Through the paper it seeks to explore the impact of educations by competencies on the development of professional skills in the corporate environment, to achieve a true communicational exchange that allows aligning business performance with the achievement of a commercial exchange identified with correct risk management Methodology:The documentary, analytical and exploratory analysis of texts, standards, data derived from the opinion of students linked to the field of business higher education is used, using a qualitative approach in the informative interpretation. Results: Higher education institutions that prepare future professionals for the corporate environment must include educational activities and resources that allow them to develop professional competencies that make them capable of implementing sustainable organizational management systems that ever have a some important impact on the environment and society. Discussions: From the analysis of results, the need arises to train future professionals in the business field in values and principles so that they become builders of a culture of compliance. Conclusions: Business professionalization presents challenges in the acquisition of competencies marked by sustainability and the culture of compliance in the achievement of socially responsible companies.
