Introduction: This study reflects on the interaction between science, technology and education, proposing strategies that promote transformative and equitable learning, adapted to a competitive professional environment. Methodology: The research is based on a theoretical-documentary analysis, examining the necessary changes in the educational model to adapt to the new scientific-technological pattern. Results: It highlights the need to integrate practice, research and performance in the pedagogical process, beyond the mere transmission of theoretical knowledge. Conclusions: The importance of an education that forms labour competences and a solid socio-humanist base, responding to current challenges, is emphasised. A comprehensive education that favours personal development and reduces inequalities is proposed.
