Liderazgo femenino global: estilos, impacto y mujeres influyentes

Introducción: El liderazgo de las mujeres hoy se ve en todas partes, gracias a la lucha por la igualdad de género y al esfuerzo de quienes ya ocupan cargos clave en la política, la economía y la vida cotidiana. Este documento revisa los estilos más comunes que han mostrado las mujeres líderes a nivel global. Metodología: Se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura que muestra el análisis de 71 referencias sobre los estilos de liderazgo con énfasis en mujeres. Mediante una lectura ordenada de la bibliografía disponible, se plantea si hay un modo de dirigir que resulte mejor y cuáles son los que más usan ellas. Resultados: No hay un solo enfoque ganador, aunque sí una inclinación hacia los modelos transformacional, conectivo y auténtico. También se encontró diferencias en las maneras de hablar y de contar historias que cada una de las mujeres estudiadas aplica en su día a día. Discusión: El liderazgo femenino es variado, adaptable y cada vez más decisivo, aun cuando los obstáculos culturales y estructurales siguen ahí. Conclusiones: Para construir un futuro más justo y esperanzador, resulta clave abrir las mismas puertas a todas y respaldar el liderazgo femenino.
