Modelo estructural de Innovación, Gestión del Conocimiento y Cadena de Suministros en la Nube en Pymes Portuarias Ecuatorianas

Introducción: El estudio analiza la relación entre la capacidad ejecutiva de innovación, las estrategias de gestión del conocimiento y la cadena de suministros en la nube, en pymes del sector portuario ecuatoriano. Metodología: Se aplicó un enfoque cuantitativo no experimental, con un cuestionario estructurado de 58 ítems, validado mediante análisis factorial exploratorio y confirmatorio. Participaron 320 participantes de pymes logísticas. Resultados: Se identificaron cuatro factores significativos, con una varianza total explicada del 74,95%. El modelo mostró índices de ajuste aceptables (CFI = 0,844; RMSEA = 0,105). La capacidad ejecuitva de innovación tuvo un efecto directo y mediador significativo en el modelo. Discusión: Los resultados coinciden con estudios previos que destacan el rol integrador del conocimiento y la innovación en procesos de transformación digital. Se evidenció la importancia de un liderazgo innovador para la adopción tecnológica en entornos logísticos. Conclusiones: El modelo propuesto ofrece evidencia empírica útil para fortalecer capacidades organizacionales y digitales en pymes del sector portuario.
