Modelo de gestión del conocimiento para organizaciones cooperativas desde un enfoque sistémico

Introducción: El objetivo de este trabajo es diseñar un modelo de gestión del conocimiento para organizaciones cooperativas desde un enfoque sistémico que permita entender la complejidad del proceso para facilitar su adopción. Metodología: El modelo se construye bajo los lineamientos del modelo de sistemas viables y de la metodología de sistemas suaves con el apoyo de otras herramientas no sistémicas. La investigación tiene las siguientes etapas: teórica, metodológica, práctica y de difusión. Resultados: El resultado muestra el proceso de gestión del conocimiento a partir de dos actividades esenciales: 1) la gestión de activos y 2) gestión de actividades de conocimiento, su coordinación, control, inteligencia, gobernanza y su interacción con el entorno. Discusión: Existe diferentes propuestas de modelos, sin embargo, en el presente trabajo de investigación se muestra la interdependencia de las actividades esenciales para gestionar el conocimiento y los elementos mínimos necesarios para su viabilidad. Conclusiones: La propuesta muestra permite sumar diferentes visiones de una manera ordenada, lo que permite comprender la complejidad del proceso de gestión del conocimiento en organizaciones cooperativas.
