Abstract

Introduction: Human behavior in companies constitutes a determining factor in the organizational structure and impacts decision making in the administrative management of institutions. Objective: to highlight the importance of human behavior within organizations and its impact on the consolidation of human resources and as a result, enhance productivity and quality in human processes, seeking the optimal functioning of companies and compliance. of your goals. Methodology: The methodology used was based on the design of a diagnostic instrument with 15 indicators related to different areas of human behavior of the collaborators of two private initiative organizations. Results: The instrument was applied through a survey with a sample of 100 study subjects, resulting from this, the results were analyzed, interpreted and some recommendations were made. Discussion: Highlights the importance of the behavior and actions of collaborators in human processes and their influence on the work environment. Conclusions: The conclusions obtained highlight the importance of the behavior and actions of collaborators in human processes, and their influence on the work environment, goal achievement, productivity and quality at work.

José Cristóbal Hernández Tamayo, CETYS Universidad

Full-time research professor and consultant at the School of Business and Administration of CETYS University Campus Tijuana in undergraduate and graduate studies, Bachelor of Law, Master of Education with a concentration in culture of legality, with a PhD in Organizational Management and a PhD in Law, author of several articles and books on human resources, strategic business planning and strategic tax planning, honorary member of different associations of managers, accountants and corporate lawyers.
