This monograph addresses the accelerated transformation of higher education in the face of the social, technological and environmental challenges of the 21st century. Its objective is to explore the latest trends in the renewal of educational content, with emphasis on innovative methodologies, transversal competencies and the integral formation of students. It highlights the importance of training professionals with critical, creative and collaborative skills, in addition to technical knowledge, through interdisciplinary approaches and the integration of competencies in sustainability and social responsibility. It also analyzes gender equity and cultural diversity in university curricula, as well as new forms of evaluation that favor integral learning. This monograph is aimed at researchers and education professionals interested in pedagogical innovation, the formation of global citizens and the creation of inclusive and equitable educational strategies.
