This monograph addresses how innovative management is promoting inclusion in the social, educational and managerial spheres. It focuses on how the integration of technologies, such as social robots, is improving the educational inclusion of students with disabilities, both in primary and higher education. In addition, it analyzes the role of universities in managing social responsibility, focusing on equitable access policies and commitment to inclusion. At the organizational level, inclusive leadership competencies and organizational climate are examined as key factors for employee and student well-being and retention. It also explores public governance and management of social inclusion at the local level, as well as cultural strategies for inclusion through dialogue of knowledge. The monograph seeks to reflect on how these practices contribute to building a more equitable and sustainable society.
