Introduction: The objective of this study is to determinate the effect of Vojta Therapy on gait disorders of people with Down Syndrome between 15 and 21 years old, who were made an evaluation before and after the therapy that included Anthropometric measurements, protocol evaluation of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, 10-meter walking speed test, footprint impression test, 8 gait criteria and videography through the Kinovea program. Methodology: The paradigm is quantitative, with a quasi-experimental design and a descriptive and inferential analysis, using the Wilcoxon test. Results: The results consisted of statistically significant changes in the pre- and post- intervention gait assessment, spatiotemporal parameters, the 10-meter walking speed test, and the dynamic neuromuscular stabilization test. Discussion: The results show the benefit of the application of Vojta therapy in the rehabilitation of gait disorder in the population with Down Syndrome. Conclusions: Vojta Therapy considerably improved gait, both in its phases, as well as in spatio-temporal parameters and in postural control.
