Introduction: The generation of knowledge transfer, one of the star themes of university teaching innovation, is the cumulative result of different factors, such as contact with groups with an interest in the process, planned, maintained over time and conscious, with its own rhythm. The experience developed since the 2013-2014 academic year by the Consolidated Educational Innovation Group INVESLAB-UV is presented. Emphasising the process of collaboration with professional organisations linked to Labour Relations, the aim of the work is to take stock of the transfer generated. Methodology: These organisations were interviewed about the collaboration process and students of the Bachelor's Degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources of the academic year 2017-2018 (n=371) were surveyed about the methodology used and the professional link. Results: The study shows positive manifestations of such collaboration and associations between variables based on such cooperation. Discussion and conclusions: The high added value of proposals such as the one presented to lay the foundations for the generation of real transfer processes is evident, consolidating the strategic commitment to linking the academic with the professional and/or vice versa in relation to the future labour market insertion of graduates.
