Abstract

Introduction: Artificial Intelligence (AI) is gaining prominence in all sectors, including education, therefore the main objective of this research is to explore whether an efficient use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is being made in the context of university education at the scientific, social and student level. Methodology: at the scientific level, a bibliometric study is carried out, through Rstudio Cloud, of the Web Of Science (WOS) database; at the social level, a social listening analysis is carried out using the Brandwatch tool, and to assess the efficient use of AI by students, SPSS is used to obtain a binary logistic regression. Results: while at the scientific level, concepts related to AI are prioritised, social listening is based on its tools, with the efficient use by students depending on different variables, such as the management of digital competences. Conclusions: researchers should analyse the effects of the good use of AI tools as a teaching methodology, so that society can continue to highlight it in its mentions in networks and university students can use this tool ethically and correctly.
