Abstract

Introduction: The application of artificial intelligence (AI) in business processes has revolutionized the way companies interact with their customers and manage their internal processes. Methodology: The objective of the research is to study the adaptation process of employees and IT management in companies with the adoption of AI. The research approach is mixed applied type, phase I: Data collection: Obtaining relevant information on case studies, statistics and trends in the adoption of AI in IT management. Phase II: Fieldwork: Survey application and interviews with business professionals. Results: AI in companies is used in the need to develop internal capacity to take full advantage of the potential of this technology. It is crucial to invest in staff training and capacity building. Discussions: In IT management, AI can monitor and analyze system performance, identify potential problems and take preventive measures before critical failures. Conclusions: Organizations can prepare to integrate AI into their operations in a cross-cutting and incremental manner. Rethink processes and organizational culture to take full advantage of the benefits AI offers.
