Abstract

Introduction: Organizations have transitioned from scientific management models to humanistic approaches in response to the dehumanizing effects of automation, robotization, and artificial intelligence. In this context, Industry 5.0 drives a rehumanization of work, promoting more rewarding and sustainable work environments. Methodology: A descriptive research with a mixed approach was conducted. Surveys, interviews, and content analysis were used to identify the factors that influence the construction of a healthy work environment. Results: The data collected show that leadership, organizational culture, and communication have a hegemonic influence on the work environment. These variables are directly related to the well-being, motivation, and sustainability of work teams. Discussion: The findings confirm that technological transformations require people-centered management. Industry 5.0 not only implies technological innovation but also the need for work environments that prioritize respect, participation, and social cohesion. Conclusions: Organizations must adopt leadership based on expertise and expertise, strengthen internal communication, and consolidate an organizational culture geared toward social sustainability to achieve healthy work environments consistent with Industry 5.0 values.
