Navegar más allá de la “vista creada por la IA”: intervención educativa para la verificación de fuentes en educación superior

Introducción: La integración de inteligencia artificial generativa en los motores de búsqueda está transformando el acceso a la información en educación superior. Funciones como la denominada “Vista creada por la IA” ofrecen respuestas sintetizadas que pueden reducir la navegación y la verificación de fuentes por parte del alumnado. Metodología: Este estudio analiza una intervención educativa orientada a promover prácticas de búsqueda y verificación más allá de las respuestas generadas por IA. La intervención se desarrolló durante un semestre académico en una asignatura universitaria con 146 estudiantes. La actividad exigía evidencias del proceso de búsqueda, incluyendo URLs, capturas de pantalla, verificación de referencias mediante DOI y contraste de información entre distintas fuentes digitales. Resultados: Los resultados muestran que inicialmente el alumnado tendía a aceptar de forma acrítica la información generada por la IA sin acceder a enlaces externos ni verificar referencias. La incorporación de requisitos de navegación y validación favoreció una exploración activa de fuentes. Discusión: Los hallazgos sugieren que el diseño de tareas puede influir en el uso que el alumnado hace de los buscadores con IA. Conclusiones: El estudio destaca el papel del diseño pedagógico para fortalecer la alfabetización mediática e informacional en contextos universitarios mediados por inteligencia artificial.
