Transferencia de dominio desde el Aim Training a la mejora de la técnica del arco en violinistas

Introducción: Este artículo explora el impacto del Aim Training en la técnica del arco en instrumentistas de cuerda frotada. Participaron en el estudio 10 violinistas con edades comprendidas entre los 19 y 45 años (M= 26; DE= 8,74), de las cuales una era mujer (10%). Metodología: La selección se realizó de forma no probabilística entre los estudiantes de un Conservatorio Superior de Música de les Illes Balears. Se crearon grupos según la experiencia en videojuegos FPS y habilidades instrumentales. Las sesiones incluyeron ejercicios de arco y Aim Training. Resultados: Se observaron mejoras en concentración y reacción, pero el Aim Trainingmostró limitaciones en comparación con la práctica instrumental. Discusión: Si bien el análisis estadístico reveló diferencias significativas entre variables y en el estudio se sugieren beneficios del Aim Training en la técnica del arco, se reconocen limitaciones. Conclusiones: Se destaca la importancia de integrar herramientas digitales con prácticas tradicionales en la enseñanza musical.
