Usuarios, digitalización y sostenibilidad, nuevas prácticas de la innovación abierta en el desarrollo de nuevos productos

Introducción: Esta investigación analiza las relaciones entre los usuarios, la digitalización y la sostenibilidad como factores clave para mejorar la innovación, especialmente en el contexto de la innovación abierta. Metodología: Se utilizó un enfoque cualitativo con un nivel reflexivo, basado en una revisión sistemática de estudios que abordan la colaboración entre usuarios, procesos de digitalización y sostenibilidad. Resultados: Se identificó que los usuarios externos no solo aportan nuevas ideas, sino que también contribuyen a mejorar el posicionamiento de productos más alineados con las necesidades actuales. La digitalización facilita la interacción mediante plataformas de co-creación, crowdsourcing y laboratorios vivientes, promoviendo una innovación más accesible y participativa. Discusión: La sostenibilidad se ha consolidado como eje estratégico en las empresas, impulsando procesos de innovación más ágiles y responsables, que incorporan modelos de economía circular y ecodiseño para reducir el impacto ambiental. Estos factores refuerzan la efectividad de la innovación abierta frente a los desafíos globales actuales. Conclusiones: El estudio destaca la importancia de fortalecer enfoques colaborativos que integren tecnología y sostenibilidad en la participación activa de los usuarios, promoviendo así una innovación abierta más efectiva, responsable y alineada con las exigencias contemporáneas.
