Trasformare l'Università: transizione digitale e sfide future per l'Istruzione Superiore

Introduzione: Quando si considerano i futuri ambienti di apprendimento nei domini formali, non formali e informali, è essenziale riconoscere l'influenza dell'infosfera in cui siamo profondamente inseriti. Metodologia: Questo studio si basa sul principio della "circolarità" tra teoria e ricerca empirica e impiega un approccio metodologico misto per condurre un'analisi esplorativa e comparativa tra sei casi studio/università di cinque Paesi europei. L’analisi si avvale di un approccio multi prospettico, applicando il modello della traduzione-traslazione per il complesso processo di traduzione nelle pratiche delle politiche sovranazionali, nazionali e locali. Risultati: La ricerca ha evidenziato i punti in comune e le differenze tra i casi analizzati, definendo successivamente delle raccomandazioni utili ai decisori politici e agli organi accademici per il governo della transizione digitale. Conclusioni: Dalle dimensioni analizzate emerge la necessità per il sistema universitario di rivalutare i propri paradigmi didattici, le strutture organizzative, le strategie di gestione, i processi di valutazione, i sistemi relazionali e i quadri delle competenze nei processi di insegnamento-apprendimento. Discussione: Questo processo può essere supportato dall’esplorazione di nuove piste di ricerca per proporre linee di indirizzo e orientare la pianificazione politica, le strategie organizzative e le prassi didattiche nel futuro spazio europeo dell’Istruzione Superiore.
