Abstract

Introduction: This paper explores sustainable management in the context of globalization and the current crisis, from the perspective of the Process Engineering Doctorate at EAN University. It focuses on corporate culture and the four capitals of the 21st century (economic, human, social, and environmental), framed within the 2030 Agenda and Vision Colombia 2050. Methodology: A critical prospective analysis is carried out, exploring the goals and conceptions of the 2030 Agenda and Vision Colombia 2050, in a scenario of change towards integral well-being. Results: The analysis highlights the need to integrate the four capitals into business management to achieve sustainable development that guarantees integral well-being. Discussion: The research reveals the importance of sustainable management as a driver of integral well-being and societal development. It analyzes the tensions between business profitability and social responsibility, as well as the challenges for cultural transformation and the adoption of sustainable practices. Conclusions: It concludes that companies have a fundamental role in building a sustainable future and pursuing integral well-being.
