Nursing experiences based on the clinical practice diary

Introduction: Clinical practice in nursing education is the space where students and patients interact, providing future professionals with the opportunity to apply care with the support of peers and teachers. Methodology: The use of the clinical practice diary is fundamental, as it allows students to reflect on their experiences, serving as a valuable source of information that enriches practical learning. Results: The clinical practice diary becomes a pedagogical tool that improves teaching work, allowing strengths and opportunities to be analysed, which contributes to enriching practice in the real environment. Discussion and Conclusions: This approach improves the teaching-learning process, promoting humane, ethical and empathetic care in a responsible manner, and highlighting the importance of continuous reflection in professional training.
