Abstract

Introduction: This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of labor inclusion for people with disabilities, covering publications from 2010 to 2024. Its objective is to identify trends, emerging areas, and gaps in the implementation of inclusive policies, with special attention to reasonable adjustments and the role of public policies in different socioeconomic contexts. Methodology: Over 300 articles were reviewed using a bibliometric approach, selected from recognized academic databases, to examine structural barriers, labor facilitators, and the effectiveness of public policies in various countries. Discussions: The findings indicate that, although some countries have made progress, structural and social barriers continue to affect equitable participation. Moreover, the inclusion of mental health has gained relevance as a key factor in job opportunities. Conclusions: Public policies are crucial for inclusion, though there are gaps in their implementation. Future research must address these challenges, and evidence-based policies should be developed, focusing on equity, accessibility, and sustainability, while also considering mental health in the workplace.
