Adoption de l'innovation ouverte et performance des PME : Une analyse LISREL du cas du Maroc

Résumé

Introduzione: L'innovazione aperta è essenziale per la competitività delle imprese (Chesbrough, 2003). Di fronte ai limiti delle proprie risorse interne, le aziende adottano approcci collaborativi per stimolare l'innovazione. Tuttavia, la maggior parte delle ricerche si concentra sulle grandi imprese, lasciando un vuoto nella comprensione dell'innovazione aperta all'interno delle PMI marocchine. Questo articolo esamina i principali fattori che influenzano l'adozione dell'innovazione aperta e il suo impatto sulle performance delle PMI.

Metodologia: È stata condotta un'indagine su 99 PMI marocchine tramite questionari auto-amministrati tramite Google Forms. I dati raccolti sono stati analizzati utilizzando la modellazione delle equazioni strutturali, in particolare il metodo LISREL.

Risultati: I risultati indicano che l'adozione dell'innovazione aperta è influenzata da diversi fattori, tra cui la conoscenza del concetto, le dimensioni e l'anzianità dell'impresa, la struttura proprietaria, la strategia e l'internazionalizzazione.

Discussione: È stata osservata una correlazione positiva tra l'adozione dell'innovazione aperta e il miglioramento delle performance delle PMI. Queste ultime percepiscono l'innovazione aperta come uno strumento per rafforzare i loro processi di innovazione e la loro reputazione, nonostante le loro limitazioni in termini di risorse.

Conclusione: L'innovazione aperta rappresenta un'opportunità chiave per le PMI marocchine. La sua implementazione consente loro di superare alcune restrizioni e migliorare la loro competitività.
