Análisis bibliométrico de variables clave en los modelos de gestión del talento humano: ¿transitando hacia un enfoque de Employer branding?

Introducción: La gestión del talento humano (GTH) ha evolucionado en la última década, incorporando variables estratégicas que responden a entornos laborales dinámicos y virtuales. En este contexto, el employer branding emerge como un enfoque relevante que conecta la atracción, desarrollo y retención del talento con la reputación organizacional. Objetivo: Ante esta coyuntura, el presente análisis bibliométrico permite identificar las principales tendencias, vacíos y contribuciones científicas sobre estos temas. Metodología: Se utilizó la base de datos Scopus para recopilar artículos publicados entre 2014 y 2024. La búsqueda fue refinada mediante una ecuación que integró conceptos claves y variables estrategicas de GTH y el employer branding. Se procesaron 109 documentos a través de las herramientas Bibliometrix (RStudio) y VOSviewer. Resultados: Se observa un crecimiento sostenido en la producción científica sobre GTH, destacando variables como retención, desempeño, competencias y compromiso. El employer branding figura como una tendencia emergente, aún en consolidación. Conclusiones: Los hallazgos revelan vacíos teóricos en la integración de modelos tradicionales con enfoques reputacionales, lo que limita la adaptabilidad de las organizaciones frente a nuevos desafíos. El employer branding ofrece oportunidades para enriquecer los modelos de GTH, especialmente en sectores como la educación superior, promoviendo propuestas más integradoras y contemporáneas.
