Introduction: The implementation of agile methodologies has gained relevance in organizational environments characterized by complexity and constant change. This comparative study examines their adoption in Europe and Latin America, identifying structural, cultural, and technological differences. Methodology: A systematic documentary review and comparative analysis of scientific literature, institutional reports, and real agile transformation cases were conducted, focusing on key organizational variables. Results: The findings show that European organizations have institutionalized agility as a strategic capability supported by participatory leadership, flexible structures, and digital maturity. In contrast, hierarchical, cultural, and investment-related barriers limit its scope in Latin America. Discussions: The research emphasizes the need to understand agility as a systemic change rather than merely the application of methodological frameworks. It argues that successful adoption depends on contextual factors and the alignment of leadership, culture, and innovation. Conclusions: Organizational agility represents a powerful tool for transformation when articulated with sustained policies, continuous training, and collaborative ecosystems. It is recommended to promote longitudinal studies that delve into its real impact across different contexts.
