Fomento de emprendimientos sociales en Instituciones de Educación Superior: ¿Producto de políticas públicas?

Introducción: El propósito del trabajo se centra en crear un horizonte teórico sobre la producción académica relacionada con políticas públicas para el emprendimiento social (ES) en Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES). Metodología: A nivel metodológico, se revisaron 58 documentos en la base de datos Scopus, en un periodo comprendido entre 2008-2023. A su vez, para analizar cuantitativamente los datos se empleó el protocolo PRISMA, R, RStudio y el paquete Bibliometrix. Resultados: Los resultados resaltan la necesidad de analizar elementos como educación para el emprendimiento, autoeficiencia e intención emprendedora. Discusión: Es necesario desarrollar acciones conjuntas para fortalecer factores de relacionamiento como escalar cada una de las fases del emprendimiento (Ecosistemas de emprendimiento); promover aptitudes y comportamientos frente a nuevos ES (Cultura para el emprendimiento); e impulsar de nuevos mercados y beneficiarios (Desarrollo de mercados). Conclusiones: como tendencias en investigación sobre la temática se encuentra la complejidad del contexto, resolución de problemas, ecosistemas de emprendimiento y estrategias para alcanzar los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible.
