Abstract

Introducción: La presente investigación tiene por objetivo el desarrollar una visión crítica para establecer los desafíos actuales en la formación o en los ejercicios de enseñanza de la gerencia de proyectos. Metodología: Para ello, se hace uso de un enfoque cualitativo con énfasis en revisión documental con postura reflexiva la cual pone en consideración las propias experiencias y supuestos del investigador para influir en la interpretación de los datos. Para ello, la investigación se divide en cinco capítulos los cuales son: importancia crucial de la formación en gerencia de proyectos para el éxito organizacional, críticas a los enfoques tradicionales de formación en gerencia de proyectos, desafíos actuales en la formación en gerencia de proyectos, tendencias y nuevas metodologías en la formación en gerencia de proyectos e impacto de la tecnología en la formación en gerencia de proyectos. Resultados: Posteriormente se realiza una discusión sobre los principales hallazgos con una perspectiva propositiva, permitiendo así concluir que la formación en gerencia de proyectos enfrenta diversos desafíos en la actualidad. Conclusiones: Sin embargo, mediante el análisis profundo de estos desafíos y la implementación de soluciones y recomendaciones efectivas, es posible formar a profesionales altamente capacitados y competentes en este campo.
