Análisis de la adopción y calidad del servicio de SaaS en diversas industrias: Revisión Sistemática

Introducción: Este estudio examina la adopción del Software como Servicio (SaaS) en organizaciones, destacando su crecimiento y las variaciones en su difusión debido a factores tecnológicos, organizacionales y ambientales. Metodología: Utilizando una revisión de la literatura, se propone un modelo de preparación en trípode que incluye aspectos tecnológicos, organizacionales y ambientales. Resultados: Los resultados empíricos indican que todos los aspectos son importantes para la adopción de SaaS, aunque sus influencias varían entre variables psicológicas y resultados manifiestos. Discusión: Los hallazgos sugieren que las organizaciones deben estar preparadas en múltiples dimensiones para adoptar eficazmente SaaS. Conclusiones: Se subraya la importancia de una preparación integral para maximizar los beneficios del SaaS en entornos organizacionales.
